When I watch reality TV shows where people compete to lose weight or find love, I am always more interested in the reunion shows a year later. The question for me is, “did the changes that people made during the show have a lasting effect?”

In this episode of the Forever Cash Podcast, we feature the story of Brandon George. 

Brandon got off to a phenomenal start in the Land Profit Coaching program after enrolling in February 2021. He managed to close his first deal just six weeks into the program. When I spoke with him in July 2021, Brandon had closed five deals and already made $54k.

In February of this year, I caught up with Brendon on the anniversary of his enrollment. During this interview, Brandon confirmed that he had achieved both his financial and lifestyle goals during his year in coaching.

Brandon closed out the program with $134k in the bank and many deals in his pipeline. He has built a team of highly skilled virtual assistants allowing him to automate and scale his business without demanding more of his time.

In the week's episode of the Forever Cash Podcast, Jack Bosch opens the lid of multiple 7 and 8-figure corporate land investing strategies with Land Acquisitions expert Ryan O'Donovan.
One of the greatest advantages of land investing is that it's not a one-trick pony. The most basic land deal is when you buy a piece of land for below market value and flip it at market value to the right buyer over a few weeks. However, the land investing landscape is vast and varied.


Land acquisition for commercial development at a corporate level is a billion-dollar industry. At this level, a single land deal may see investors moving amounts of between $10 - $20 million per deal and can take several years to yield an ROI.
Students of the Land Profit Generator tend to learn how to flip land using one of the simpler, more affordable deal structures. However, as your land business grows, so does your level of mastery. When you start to build serious 7-figure capital reserves, the option of doing larger deals starts to open up.


In fact, some of our students are already venturing into the Real Estate Big Leagues, closing deals in the multiple 7 and 8-figure regions. If you are looking for an example of how to flip land at the highest end of the scale, Ryan O'Donovan is about as 'big league' as it gets!
